Delivery & Returns



Orders to UK addresses are usually shipped with TNT, this costs £10.95. We will always do our best to get your order to you the next day when it is placed before 11.00am. Please note, all fabrics will be sent on a roll, and they must be signed for (either by yourself or possibly a neighbour if the courier feels this is a suitable alternative at the time of delivery).


Our international couriers vary as we always try and get you the best deal. If you place an order online that is to be delivered outside of the UK the order will be marked as pending quote. We will then do some research to work out the optimum way of sending your parcel. As soon as we have figured it out we will send you an updated order confirmation/quote. Once paid we will despatch the goods as soon as possible. Please note, we will allow you to cancel your order at this stage if you are concerned about the carriage charge. The customer is responsible to pay for all customs charges/ import duties.


Sample orders are usually sent via Royal Mail and take 2-5 working days (longer for international delivery).


Fabric and any other cut products.

Unfortunately, any product that has been specially cut for you is considered bespoke and cannot be returned.  Returns will only be accepted on these goods if the incorrect one has been supplied or it is faulty.

It is very important that you check your order when it arrives to ensure it is the correct design and colour, as once cut, treated or altered in any way, it cannot be returned.

If the fabric is faulty we should be able to give you a refund, however, it should be noted that fabrics are a natural, and often handmade, product. Because of this there may be some irregularities of weave and/or pattern which should not be considered a defect but rather, part of the character of a fabric. For more information about what is considered acceptable in fabric, please refer to our Fabric Advice post, or get in touch. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay carriage to return the item to us. You must contact us before sending the item back, otherwise a refund may be rejected.

All products other than fabrics have a 10% re-stocking charge, postage is to be arranged by you and a refund will only be processed when the goods are received back in original packaging, unused and in a ‘saleable’ condition. The refund will also exclude original carriage charge.
